Refund Policy

No refunds

All payments to Admade are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a plan, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance.
  • We do not provide refunds for any reason.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
  • We do not provide service credits or extensions in lieu of a refund.

Why we don't offer refunds

  • Generating ads consumes computing resources the moment you use the Service.
  • Generated creative is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned."
  • You receive immediate value the moment your ads are produced.
  • A clear, no-refund policy lets us keep pricing fair for everyone.

Before you buy

To make sure Admade is right for you, we encourage you to:

  • Try the free tier to test the Service first.
  • Review the features, limits, and what each plan includes.
  • Reach out to support@tryadmade.com with any questions before purchasing.
  • Confirm the Service meets your needs.

Billing & cancellation

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
  • We do not provide refunds for cancelling early.

Exceptions

In rare cases, and entirely at our discretion, we may consider exceptions for:

  • Technical issues on our side that prevented you from using the Service.
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors.
  • Where a refund is required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
