These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Admade at tryadmade.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Admade generates advertising creative from inputs you provide (such as a product URL or photo). Output is produced by AI and provided for your use in advertising.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

• You must have the rights to any product, brand, URL, or image you submit, and you are responsible for the ads you create and run.
• Do not use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, or to impersonate others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its underlying providers.

Content & ownership

You retain ownership of the inputs you submit. Subject to these Terms and your plan, you may use the ads you generate for your own advertising. Ads created on the free tier include an "Made with tryadmade.com" badge; paid plans provide clean, badge-free exports. You are responsible for ensuring your final ads comply with the policies of the platforms you run them on.

Plans & payments

Paid plans are billed through our third-party payment processor on the cycle you select and include a monthly allowance of generation credits. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may contain errors, and we do not guarantee any particular advertising result, performance, or approval by third-party ad platforms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Admade will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
